Neel is based in Mumbai and has trained in cinematography from the Digital Academy, Mumbai.

His recent short, Uthaan won the Special Mention Jury Award at the 60 Seconds Short Film Festival.
​
Neel has been associated with Cutting Chai since 2018, has shot the entire 2nd and 3rd schedule of our upcoming feature film, Covert and believes that a desired vision can be achieved by constantly honing one's skills and working hard.
